Keen to blog or produce web content with pep?

Following last year’s fun at Mostly Women Doing Digital, Software Alliance Wales at University of South Wales are kindly sponsoring this event with us, to celebrate International Women’s Day.

An extremely practical workshop, you’ll get a chance to plunge in and produce some web content or refresh what you are currently using.

We’ll kick off with Helen Reynolds on Self Promotion For The Shy followed by a session where you’ll create your About Me/About Us content.

Then Andrea Morgan and Juliet Fay will run a session on Web Content For Business Strategy showing how you can use content to measure and grow interest, with time to plan content to fit your own strategy.

Finally, Philippa Davies and Juliet Fay will take you through the psychological and technical tricks of Writing Irresistible Copy online: whether you want people to support your business, cause or just love you…

All this – and a chance to hear some inspiring women bloggers who are making their distinctive voices heard online – will take place for free and from 9.30am – 1.00pm at the St Mary’s Hotel, Pencoed, Friday, March 7th.

Though the teaching will be delivered by women, like last year’s event, blokes are most welcome to attend. And like last year, if you’re doing something interesting in digital, we’d love to invite you to come and talk about it. Just let us know please and we’ll add your names here.

Guest speakers so far:Laura Dunn, Sangeet Bhullar, Michelle Davis, Patricia Carswell and Trixie Lixie

Whether you want to speak or participate, you’ll need to BOOK HERE and we look forward to meeting you there.
