Hello friends, and this month’s update comes to you from Community Building Basics on Udemy. It’s the first in a series of quarterly updates of lessons learnt as I aim to grow a booklovers community, attached to a bookshop in a museum in West Wales. It will span a year.

It’s exciting to have the chance to update Community Building with a real live project, and already I’m being reminded of how ‘people first, then plans’ is a great maxim.
